The rules are simple...Post a photo on Twitter or Instagram of something healthy you have done each day along with the hashtag #FitFor365. It can be a photo of a nutritious snack you ate, a workout selfie, a pic of a recipe you tried or a snap of your Fitbit tracker step count. Anything goes! Get motivated to try new things, be inspired by other participants and make healthier choices!
